You may follow following steps:
1. Appointment as Directors, if already not a director,
2. Pass Board Resolution to appoint a director as Managing Director on approved terms condition,
3. Appointment letter and Monthly salary as approved by Board
4. File Return of appointment within 30 days of appointment.
