Presently, He practices in the area of Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance, Foreign Trade, Foreign Exchange Management, Government Policies, Corporate Social Responsibility, Insolvency and Bankruptcy. He also has experience in due diligence, Secretarial, Legal and propriety audits.
